Garden Times
(Matthew 26:39)

Alone in the garden, with only the olive trees for company
The silence of the night is deafening, yet full of messages
Prophecies of sorts, sharing of truths, final visions fulfilled

God supplies my garden time, a wonderful respite for my soul
My own olive garden lies within the isolation of my days
Solitude is transformed into blessings of the evening

Kneeling alone in my garden, God gives His solace to me
Praying for answers, He stoops low to hear me
I take time to listen, His whisperings are as gold treasures

My domestic church is my only church in this moment
I revel within its walls, soaking His messages into my spirit
The garden lightens my vision as God gives Himself to me

In silence I occupy the olive garden, yet I am not alone
The darkness lifts, and I know the desire of My Father
My garden time is fruitful; not my will, but Yours be done.
