Catholics may soon find the practice of their faith illegal in the US

If you have not noticed, the U.S. government has been interjecting itself into the practice of the Catholic faith by Catholic individuals and organizations. From (a) mandating that Catholic adoption services not “discriminate” against same-sex couples seeking to adopt to (b) mandating that Catholic employers provide insurance that includes contraceptives, including abortifacients.  Catholic Charities, Catholic Hospitals and other organizations are at risk. Might it also be expected that the government will soon interfere with the Church’s efforts to proclaim and teach truth?

Not so unlikely according to Bisop Aquila.  This is very much worth reading…
