(Travels from Atlanta)
Rebekah Durham Hart was raised in the United Methodist Church and is the daughter of an ordained United Methodist minister. She and her husband, Dan, met at Columbia Theological Seminary (a seminary of the Presbyterian Church, USA) in Decatur, GA and together converted to Catholicism in 2006. Rebekah earned her Masters of Theological Studies, with an emphasis in early Christian history, from Columbia Seminary in 2002.
Prior to her conversion, Rebekah spent time working within youth ministry, college campus ministry, family and children ministry, and volunteer ministry. She has even spent time volunteering in overseas missions, to which she hope to return someday.
Rebekah’s conversion story has been shared here on the Integrated Catholic Life™ and with Gus Lloyd on Sirius XM’s Catholic Chanel. She is a stay-at-home mom and lives with her husband and three young children in Atlanta, GA. She is an active parishioner at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Decatur, GA. In her spare time she blogs at www.instinctivephilosophies.com.
