With Gratitude to Our Readers

Today (Thursday, April 29th) is the six-week anniversary of the public launch of The Integrated Catholic Life eMagazine. Please excuse a bit of shameless promotion, but we are beside ourselves with gratitude to God for how He is blessing this effort.  As you already know, if you have been reading the articles here for a while, what began as a simple, standard blog has transformed into a full-fledged electronic magazine of mostly original content intended to help you integrate your Catholic faith into all aspects of your life – thus our slogan of “Integrating Faith, Family and Work.”

This effort is still in its early stages and there is much to be done and many benchmarks to achieve, but you, our readers are returning with regularity and are spreading the word by your personal endorsements, the very best kind.  Already, thousands have visited from all over the world and the good news is that first-time visitors are returning.  It is with humility and gratitude to God that I ask you to help us grow.  Please take a moment to look at our “Meet Our Writers[1]” page to see the growing lineup of world-class contributing writers that have joined this effort.  More are on the way and will be announced soon – all dedicated to bringing you the very best articles containing practical help for living the faith. We are very grateful for their contributions.

Here is how you can help us.

  1. Please pray for us daily. Prayer is our best help.  And as St. James teaches in his epistle, the prayers of the righteous availeth much.
  2. Please spread the news about this site through your email and social networks. And if there is an article that catches your attention, use the “Share” icon at the bottom of the article to alert your networks – Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Buzz, Twitter, Digg, email, etc.
  3. If you have not done so, please take a moment to register for the site.  It is easy and we will never sell or distribute your email addresses with others. This will allow you to add your own thoughts to the articles and discussions through our comment feature.
  4. Please do comment.  Your thoughts and insights add to the rich content of the site.
  5. Oh, and did I mention prayer?  Please pray for us.  We promise to include you in our daily prayers.

Yours In Christ,

Deacon Mike Bickerstaff, Randy Hain and all the ICL Contributing Writers
